(By Akbar Ardestani, the Martyr's Brother)
One day my brother Haj Mostafa Ardestani came to our home. My son, Ehsan, who was so much interested in his uncle, approached him and sat on his leg. He prayed a little. As I was doing my work, suddenly I caught sight of them. I saw
Martyr Ardestani saying something into Ehsan's ear. He suddenly started reciting the names of the twelve Imams, "The first on Imam Ali, the second one Imam Hassan, the third…." Haj Mostafa who always had a sweet smile on his lips raised his voice and said "Good boy! I will give you an award, because you know the names of the twelve Imams.
Some days after this happening, my brother came to our home and called Ehsan." He put 4000 tomans of bank notes in his hand and said, "Dear Ehsan! This is the prize I had promised you." As I wanted to prevent him from doing this, I said, "Oh, boy, the names of the twelve Imams is part of Ehsan's lesson, This is not an important job to be worthy of receiving a prize." He was a type of person who always looked for an objective in what he did and he was very interested in Mohammad's holy children.
Dear Akbar! There is no harm in it. In this way he gets encouraged and becomes interested in religious matters.
